Individual Psychotherapy

Individual therapy provides a private, collaborative space to explore what you're experiencing, understand patterns that may be affecting your life, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, family conflict, life transitions, burnout, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can help you gain clarity, build healthier coping skills, and create meaningful change.

I work with adolescents and adults and tailor treatment to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.

Arizona: Telehealth and in-person appointments are available.
New Jersey: Telehealth appointments are available for NJ residents.

Family Therapy

Family relationships can be deeply meaningful—and sometimes deeply complicated. Family therapy provides an opportunity to step outside familiar patterns, improve communication, and better understand one another.

Family therapy may be helpful when families are experiencing:

  • Ongoing conflict or communication difficulties

  • Divorce, separation, or changes in family structure

  • Parenting challenges

  • Major life transitions

  • Difficulties navigating family roles and boundaries

  • Strained or disconnected relationships

  • Challenges related to mental health or substance use

The goal isn't to determine who is right or wrong. It's to help family members understand one another, communicate more effectively, and develop healthier ways of relating.

Psychoeducational & Supportive Group Therapy

Group therapy offers something individual therapy can't always provide:

the opportunity to learn, connect, and grow alongside others who may be navigating similar challenges. Groups may combine psychoeducation, guided discussion, practical exercises, and peer support to help participants develop greater self-awareness and useful skills.

Depending on the focus of the group, participants may work on:

  • Building self-awareness and confidence

  • Developing healthier coping strategies

  • Improving communication and relationships

  • Establishing boundaries

  • Managing difficult emotions

  • Challenging unhelpful patterns of thinking

  • Learning from the experiences and perspectives of others

Group therapy can provide both practical tools and the reassurance that you aren't the only person working through these challenges.

Educational Presentations & Consultations

Mental health education shouldn't be limited to the therapy room. I provide educational presentations and professional consultations for schools, organizations, and businesses seeking practical information and strategies related to mental health and emotional wellness. Presentations can be tailored to the needs of your organization and may address topics such as:

  • Stress and burnout

  • Mental health awareness

  • Trauma-informed practices

  • Emotional wellness

  • Coping and resilience

  • Communication and relationships

  • Supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges

  • Workplace wellness and employee well-being

Whether you're looking to educate a team, support staff, strengthen your organization, or bring greater awareness to mental health, presentations are designed to be practical, engaging, and relevant to your audience.

"My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style". Maya Angelou
